This patient underwent a Scarless reduction and a Mastopexy (Breast Lift) at the same time.  She went from DD to C.  It was performed in our own Surgicenter as an outpatient in a little over 2 hours using sedation plus local anesthesia, not general anesthesia.  The after care was extremely simple as compare with doing it in the hospital, and the risks of a full general anesthetic.
