Vitamin D Crucial for Skin Protection

If you are concerned about your vitamin D level, please discuss this with your doctor. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/24/science/sunscreens-and-vitamin-d.html?_r=1
Proper Sun Protection for Skin
We agree with the Wall Street Journal article that people don’t use enough sunscreen! Spring and sun are here so be prepared. Use an SPF of at least 30 daily, reapply frequently and make sure it is a good broad spectrum sunscreen. See your dermatologist for a skin cancer screening. Be sun safe!
