Neck Lift / Lower Facelift will remove fat from under the chin and tighten loose, sagging skin & muscles of the neck*. This procedure is similar to the Tissue Glue Facelift, but incisions are smaller.

Platysmaplasty

Platysmaplasty is used to treat a sagging neck, also known as a turkey neck. This procedure will tighten the neck muscle (platysma) which helps to lessen the sagging often seen in the neck area. For patients not candidates for this surgery, BOTOX® injections can be used to relax the troublesome neck bands.

Liposuction Neck & Jowls

Liposuction Neck & Jowls can remove excess fat of the neck and jowls. This is recommended for the younger patient with fairly good skin elasticity and no prominent neck bands.

If you are not a candidate for Neck Surgery, we offer Ultherapy Treatments for non-invasive lower face and neck tightening via ultrasound technology.
