Michelle has been at BAXT CosMedical^® in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery since 2014. She strives for excellent customer service and always goes the extra mile for our patients. Michelle’s favorite part about working for BAXT CosMedical® is that she gets to have a part in providing outstanding patient care. When Michelle is not at BAXT CosMedical^®, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Lorraine Richards has been at BAXT CosMedical^® as an Aesthetician since 1997.

She is a certified Aesthetician with many years of experience and has a great rapport with her patients and excellent clinical skills. When she is not at BAXT CosMedical^®, she’s spending time with her family and friends.

Jenna has been at BAXT CosMedical® since 2015. She is a Certified Medical Assistant with many years of experience in Dermatology. Jenna’s favorite part about working for BAXT CosMedical® is getting to know the patient’s and watching their transformation in both Cosmetic and General Dermatology procedures. When Jenna is not at BAXT CosMedical®, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Front Desk Coordinator: Brianna White

Brianna has been with the Baxt CosMedical® since 2020. As our Front Desk Coordinator, Brianna manages the happenings at the front desk and ensures that the practice values of 5-star patient care are being implemented in every interaction.

Brianna’s favorite part about working at Baxt CosMedical® is providing excellent service so our patients are fully at ease and 100% comfortable and happy with their experience. When not working, Brianna loves spending time with her family and baking sweet treats.
