Dr. Rebecca Baxt and Dr. Saida Baxt advise women and men to be wary of inexpensive fillers and fillers done outside a physician’s office! There is a lot of artistic vision to injecting fillers; it’s like sculpture of the face. You want a very experienced and properly trained injector (physician), not someone who takes a weekend course, or injects in a salon, fitness clubs, or homes. You should always check credentials.

Cheek Filler for Lift and Volume
Dr. Rebecca Baxt re-volumizes patient’s cheek and mouth area. Patient: 69 year old woman with significant volume loss.Results may vary on different patients.
The doctor’s favorite facial filler for lift and volume on the upper cheek over the cheekbones is Juvéderm Voluma®. This dermal filler is firmer and sculpts really well. The doctors recommend Juvéderm® Ultra Plus or Juvéderm® Ultra for lower cheek filling, as they are soft and blend in well to fill in hollows.
Nasolabial Folds for Volumizing
Dr. Rebecca Baxt restores a more youthful appearanceto this 55 year old man.

The doctors recommend Juvéderm® Ultra Plus and Restylane®. Based on their years of experience in volumizing men and women’s nasolabial folds, all of these fillers work very well. The doctors will make their recommendation dependent on how deep the line is on the patient’s face. If very deep, Juvéderm® Ultra Plus or Restylane® is the preferred filler.
Marionette Lines / Corners of Mouth
Results may vary on different patients.The doctors recommend Juvéderm® and Restylane®. They both work great, and both come in whole and half sizes. If you only need this one area, half a syringe is often enough.
Hollow Temples
For filling out hollow temples, the doctor prefers Sculptra® Aesthetic. Sculptra® works over time to naturally grow your own collagen. It can often take more than one treatment, usually done about a month apart.
Under Eye Areas
For the under eye areas, Belotero® is preferred as it has the lowest chance of discoloration and is very soft.

Revanesse® VersaTM
Dr. Rebeca Baxt is pleased to offer new fillers; including Revanesse® VersaTM, a multi-purpose dermal filler line that adds volume and fullness to facial skin. Revanesse® VersaTM is FDA-approved to correct facial lines, moderate-to-severe wrinkles and folds, and to even out fine lines and wrinkles. As with other dermal fillers, Revanesse® VersaTM is primarily comprised of hyaluronic acid (HA). The formulation produces filler particles that are spherical and uniform which allows for an ideal balance between volume and smoothness. On average, the results of Revanesse® VersaTM can last from three to six months, dependent upon the area treated.
TEOSYAL RHA®
The TEOSYAL RHA® dermal filler products were created by TEOXANE Laboratories. Their patented technology preserves the natural characteristics of the hyaluronic acid (HA) molecules to obtain gels with high purity, close to the natural content of HA found in the skin. The Teosyal® products offered are:
- RHA® 2 adds volume to the lips and treats moderate wrinkles on the upper face such as glabella, forehead, and crow’s feet.
- RHA® 3 is used to treat deep wrinkles on the face including nasolabial folds, vertical lip lines, and deep lines and creases. It also adds volume to the cheeks for a non-surgical cheek augmentation.
- RHA® 4 is formulated to provide volume in dynamic areas of the face (cheeks) and enhances facial contours.
