If you have any dermatologic needs, please email us at baxtcosmedical@cosmedical.com with your name, birthdate, phone number, photographs, and a description of the problem, and someone from our office will be in touch shortly to discuss the Telederm process and schedule a consultation.
If you need prescriptions refilled or any products from the office, please email us at baxtcosmedical@cosmedical.com, and we will do our best to help you in a timely manner according to our usual protocols.
Our virtual office is open Monday-Thursday 9-5, and Fridays 9-2.
